Mehr Not Ready To Divorce Arjun Rampal

Will she or won't she? That's the question. News had abounded that Mehr Jessia Rampal is about to file for a formal divorce from her model-turned-actor Arjun Rampal.

The third end of the triangle happens to be Sussanne Khan, who has formally separated from Hrithik Roshan, and now resides in an apartment with their two sons.

The update is that the former supermodel Mehr has returned to her penthouse apartment in Bandra's Chand Terrace. She is in two minds about an official split.

Differences between Mehr and Arjun appear to be irreconcilable, despite attempts to sort out matters. The split between the couple, who have been married since the last 17 years, is in a state of limbo.

SpotboyE.com has also learnt that Arjun, who was in the Shah Rukh Khan camp, botched up the professional bond by making unreasonable demands during the shooting schedule of Ra.One, in which he portrayed a menacing villain.

Just a few days before Rampal's shoot was to commence, it is believed that he hiked up his price. The explanation was that since he had been offered a lucrative international contract for an endorsement film, he should be compensated for dropping out of the project in lieu of Ra.One.

Since it was too late to find an immediate replacement, Shah Rukh had to grin and bear it. The incident was forgiven but not forgotten. Similarly, during the making of the Karan Johar-produced We Are Family, serious differences had cropped up. This led to Dharma Productions avoiding him in their future projects.

The actor, once much in demand, is not exactly hot property today. Mehr had supervised his professional career closely but is now apparently, no longer involved with his career decisions.

While many feel that a divorce between the Rampals is imminent, the twist in the plot is that Mehr wants to give it a rethink.
